Root Chakra- Responsible for your feelings of safety and security on this human journey. The color is red. Visualize a bright red color at the base of your spine. “I am centered and grounded, I am strong and confident”

Sacral Chakra- Responsible for our creativity and inspiration. The color is orange. Visualize a bright orange color above your pelvic bone. “I am creative and knowledgeable, I am confident in my sexuality”.

Solar Plexus- Responsible for how we show up in the world. The color is yellow. Visualize a bright yellow color in the middle of your torso. “I stand in my personal power, I am a bright light to the world and shine positive love to those I meet”.
